Ordered Jack in the Box late last night on the way home. The kid at the window handed me my order, plus a munchie meal that I didn’t order. I didn’t even think about it. Got home, ate it, woke up with severe stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
