October 5th Mod pizza Frequent urinating with burning sensation, diarrhea. Took pee test & it is E. Coli
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Vegetables on pizza
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: One Week
Sick: 2 people  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I had wings and tenders. That was around 4:30-5:00pm. By 10:30-11pm I was throwing up and diarrheaing once to twice an hour until about 5am. Vomiting stopped at 5am but stomach still
Hurts and feels uneasy. Diarrhea has not stopped  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Today My kids and I all 3 had In n out burgers and have been going none stop to the bathroom My toddler doesn’t normally have stomach issues like easily able to go to the bathroom so that’s how I know this is what it is from  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
