Me and my boyfriend ate a sausage burrito and a mcgriddle each from McDonald's and after he felt nauseous and feverish. Not too long after I had sever abdominal cramps and sharp pains in my lower stomach. I had diarrhea for 2 days and a fever with loss of appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Loss of Appetite

Myself and a workman at my house both became violently ill after eating pizza from Papa John's in Beaufort , SC. Stomach pains started 3 hours after eating followed by violent vomiting and diarreaha . Chili grill and bar lugoff south carolina

On Sunday 12/19 my husband and I traveled back from NC to Ga on highway 1. Around 4pm we stopped and ate at Chili's. By the next morning, I was throwing up and had diarrhea. My husband became ill around 3pm on Monday afternoon. We are suspecting food poison or salmonella.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
