Got a slurpee ( tasted off) took a 3rd sip and and hour later violently puking with a funky chemical taste in my mouth! Someone needs to check those machines! Will never personally go to this location ever again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

A salad I got a spinach pie and the cucumber and tomato salad and then about two hours later had a burning in my stomoch and felt extremely nauseous and then vomited 3-4 times over a span of four hours then diarrhea started about five hours later fell asleep and feel much better today   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate keto bowl that had steak, guacamole and veggies for lunch. At around dinner time, got really weak and had really bad diarrhea for the rest of the day. Had to go washroom almost 10 times and had large stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Other, Weakness

My elderly mother and I got severely ill after eating a meal . We experienced symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea throughout the evening and early morning following eating this meal.
