This happened to me twice. I got a batch of ground beef a month ago and finally cooked it. Invariably there was cramping in my stomach and diarrhea ensued. It wasn’t undercooking because the digital thermometer made sure the lowest temperature was over 160 degrees Fahrenheit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
