Yesterday morning I ordered McDonald's, ordered a quarter-pound hamburger and my friends ordered a cheeseburger. In the morning we woke up at 3 o'clock because of a pain of wadding and the urge to vomit. I bought some nuggets and I have a vegan diet, but sometimes I eat meat, the truth is, I didn't eat McDonald's a long time ago. I ate the 10 nuggets and a McFlurry, after an hour I felt dizzy and nauseated and I felt sick until I threw everything up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
