We went to dinner with a group last night. This morning 3 people are sick throwing up and haven’t stopped for hours. We saw unsanitary conditions and waiters who didn’t wash their hands. Another person fell sick a few hours ago as well. So 4 out of 9 are seriously sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Not sure, we ate fish drank wine with ice cubes, Girice fish, Manhold with potatoes and on the way home another ice cream from the beach, Tučepi, Croatia and hotel complex Tucepi
No further indications that someone from the hotel is still ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
