I stayed at the Riu Republica. On Sunday, I had fried chicken in the outside area. I started to get sick about 4 hours later on the flight home. I have severe abdominal cramps and dark diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ate at the Mexican restaurant in the resort, next day severe stomach pain and had to call the doctors on call at the resort, sick in bed the next 3 days. Terrible vacation  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ate Wendy's chilli at airport in punta Cana airport on Sunday feb 5th I got horribly ill stomach spasms, fever, diarrhea. I'm still ill as of today Tuesday feb 7th. I've missed 2 days of work as an RN.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
