Flight from Addis Ababa Asian vegetarian meal. Got so sick when I arrived at Kilimanjaro I was taken into medical for evaluation. Fortunately I brought my own vomit bags or it would have been all over the floor four times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a whopper which didn’t taste right but I finished it anyways. 5 hours later while on my flight I was vomiting non stop until we landed and still again after. The nausea and stomach pains were excruciating. The next day I developed chills, fever and body aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
