My niece became ill after eating a mac first: 30 minutes after the meal, she had stomach pain, fatigue, and fever. She slept all day and then vomited during the night. She now has diarrhea and is still ill (headache).  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
