McDonald's, Königstraße, Stuttgart, Germany

Ate two cheesburgers from the little McDonald's on Königstraße right at the entrance to the S-Bahn. Gastrointestinal infection followed for two days. I talked to my social environment and came to the conclusion that it could not have come from any other food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Hi guys,
On Thursday, 13.07.2023, I was at McDonald's with a friend at around 11:00 PM
He ordered 20 nuggets and I just ordered a salad with chicken and Parmesan sauce. Everything was okay until then, I thought it was as good as usual until then and … See More
I told myself it was delicious as usual. But no that shouldn't get me as far as it is now, around 5 o'clock I got really stomach cramps and nausea so I had to vomit.
That wasn't the worst for me, it only really started after it was done my body stopped coming to rest, the constant nausea was and is something very stressful for me then I had to go to the toilet very very urgently and had diarrhea that couldn't be any less similar to water in terms of consistency. It's not so nice that ICV is why almost everyone has to go to the toilet for at least 20 to 60 minutes as bad as it is and the stomach aches/cramps are hell.
That was the final decision to never eat at McDonald's again because I've never had it as bad as in this case.
Unfortunately, it is very sad that McDonald's pays just as little attention to the products, especially at over 30°C.
I've never had anything like this at McDonald's before that really shocked me what happened to me there that day I hope I get better as soon as possible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
