McDonald's, we've been suffering from nausea, vomiting and diarrhea ever since!

Hello, I ate 20 nuggets at McDonald's in Kassel yesterday. When I opened the pack and ate the first one, I had a strange feeling that something was wrong with them. I vomited several times the following night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
