Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, fever, stomach pain, cramps, chills, headache
Additional Information: Saturday 15.06. We went to Zenbi's for lunch for the first time. 30 minutes later I vomited on the tram. After that, a hospital stay.

My chili cheese burger strangely had a pattie too many and tasted strange, I was wished good appetite with a wink and spiteful look.. Looking back, I noticed what that meant  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
