I had fish burgers from McDonalds on Wednesday.

I got sick after eating fries with gyros and coleslaw
I ate fries with gyros and coleslaw with a sauce. I became very nauseous shortly after but had no diarrhea or vomiting. At some point, it got so bad that I could only sit hunched over.  | Symptoms: Nausea
