It happened to me three times, an hour after eating the pizza I feel stomach akes , then I start puking the pizza, then I have dirrhea, fever and this goea on for like 6 hours aprox  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain

Had the shrimp stew dish. First time ordering seafood on day 5 of our stay in Guatemala. Felt immediately nauseous, cold sweated all night, violently threw up five hours later.
