Ordered a gluten free Subway (Italian BMT) yesterday. Within two hours of eating it the aches started, followed by diarrhoea and then persistent vomiting and a high fever. Awake all night still burning up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache

I had a large milkshake from McDonald’s at 7pm earlier today and have been feeling extremely nauseous after, I was the only one who got a milkshake and had to vomit.. it was from about 7pm when I got my milkshake and felt nauseous right after finishing it. Then at about - 7:45pm I had to vomit.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

I was very busy yesterday and decided to grab a single cheeseburger and medium Coke Zero from Mc Donald’s in Blanchardstown. It was the only thing I ate all day and at 11pm last night the nausea and vomiting and dirraeha started followed by an awful fever.… See more
