Ate in the evening Had no alcohol but some chicken.
At exactly 1:00 i started shaking, feeling nausea, churning and the need to go to the loo. hour later of sickness that went nowhere i had vomited something comparable to a flood. A lot just spewed out

of me. I had diarrhea aswell
