We ate pizza for dinner, we have diarrhea and vomiting, and a lot of abdominal pain. It's the only thing we had for dinner and the pizza wasn't bought more than half an hour ago.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Whenever we buy pizzas from there everyone in the family we get sick with diarrhea, we previously blame other things, but it can no longer be a coincidence that every time we eat pizza from this place we get sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
