Had a last night dinner at restaurante 116 Púlpito. Didn’t feel right the next morning and on the first of two flights diarrhea hit. I made it through the next flight and got home but the coming out both ends has been in unbelievable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
