craving I ate only two cookies (being in good health, I clarify) and my nightmare began, I felt a headache, gas, abdominal cramps, nausea,... All of these symptoms took me at least four hours. I took pills and nothing... until it was time to throw up and I started to feel more or less. I had a glass of milk and it was my best medicine because I no longer felt nauseous or anything.
