Fish tacos Just me. I felt a lump in my stomach right after eating . I became really bloated and vomited a few hours later. Had really bad chills and felt I was going to pass out. There was no alcohol involved.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloating, Chills

Not really sure what happened, but the last day of my trip to Punta Muta (stayed there, but ate off property daily)... I could barely sit up straight. I couldn’t eat. Threw up every half hour... mostly dry heaving. It resolved completely after a few days of being back home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

When we got home my loved one had severe fever and shaking. Still feverish and working through it.
