My partner went to McDonald's around 10pm and after we had finished our burgers we both had really bad diarrhoea the hygiene in that place is disgusting (we shouldn't have eat there to be fair) but when you walk in it smells like raw sewage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate around 3pm today and literally less then half an hour after I’ve had chronic stomach pains and cramp, sickness and diarrhoea and I constantly feel like I need to be sick even straight after I throw up.
