not sure exact syracuse location as it was delivered via instacart, Lucky Charms was what i ingested I was woken out of a dead sleep with massive cramps and then had to run to the bathroom. Bad cramping and bad chills/sweats. It happened Yesterday morning at 3am and 6am after eating it Saturday.,  | Symptoms: Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea

I bought lucky charms in NYC starting in at least August 2021, maybe earlier. The cereal made me bloated and gassy. I got diarrhea after a few hours of eating it. I had to take anti-diarrhea pills to handle the symptoms. I wonder if other General Mills cereals are problematic as well?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Bloating

My great nephew ate lucky charms Saturday morning and started feeling nauseous by the evening and woke Sunday morning with diarrhea. He is still not feeling well after pushing fluids and rest. Hoping that by tomorrow he will feel better for school.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate lucky charms about a month ago, felt very nauseous and had severe diarrhea. I did not know what caused it at first. Had it again about a week later and again same symptoms, this time knew for sure it was from lucky charms cereal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We bought a giant box of lucky charms from here. My son would eat it and throw up have stomach cramping and diarea. I ate it 1x and I got sick also but thought it was stomach virus.
