i bought minced meat in carefure century mall and it was pieces of plastic inside. i think they forgotten their gloves in the machine the plastic is similar to gloves plastic i need you to help me how to complain against carrefure ?

Ate blue cheese & Crackers & within 2 hours stomach pain was awful.
Vomited about 3 hours after consumption and continual severe/sudden diarrhea
Blue cheese purchased from Carrefour. Carrefour  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
