My sister bought Costco cookies from your Manchester stall we had them at the christening on Sunday and three of us who ate them have been violently sick for three days, diarrhoea, full body aches not being able to walk around  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

I had a Chicken mushroom and red onion pizza with bbq base, chicken strips and garlic bread.
I ate last night (11.07.2018) around 9pm and symptoms stared with severe stomach pains on (12.07.2018) around 11am and now vomiting, fever, body aches, headaches.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
