While I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur, I am disappointed by the lack of immediate action or assistance provided at the branch. The severity of the situation, resulting in multiple family members falling ill, has prompted me to reach out formally. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this incident to prevent any recurrence and, if appropriate, seek compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.
