Vomiting and diarrhea 4 hours after eating greggs sausage roll.
Vomitted sausage roll meat up which still looked whole, felt belt almost immediately after vomitting it up. Convinced it was the sausage roll as I'm never sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a bacon roll with work and then then next morning I've got chills severe stomach pain vomiting and diarrhea. Had to take the day off work still feel awful. Got food from there with my boyfriend. The food was good, but I ended up having a massive headache and throwing up an hour or so later. My boyfriend also threw up couple of hours after me and that was the only meal we had had that day.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
