Vomiting and diarrhea 4 hours after eating greggs sausage roll.
Vomitted sausage roll meat up which still looked whole, felt belt almost immediately after vomitting it up. Convinced it was the sausage roll as I'm never sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a bacon roll with work and then then next morning I've got chills severe stomach pain vomiting and diarrhea. Had to take the day off work still feel awful.
