I had a chicken Royale at approx 13:00 on the 5th April. Later in the evening i developed a fever and began vomiting then it developed into terrible cramping and diarhoea for 8 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a chicken wrap, double cheeseburger and French fries. Felt awful afterwards, vomiting and feeling dizzy for about one hour. The vomit came out dark coloured and jelly disgusting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
