I had the four for four.. the next thing I knew, I was laying on the bathroom floor crying in pain, vomiting. Still, 24 hours later and an emergency room visit.. I'm still in pain. I will never eat there again. Troy, Alabama location.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I warmed up a can of Chef boyardee Ravioli and ate all of it. About 40 mins after, my stomach started hurting, and I felt nauseous. later on that night I started throwing up. And I’ve been throwing up all day since  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I just got something to eat from Wendy's in Troy, AL when i ate it i started to feel light headed and sick to my stomach and i stopped at a gas station and literally threw up what i ate im still feeling dizzy and sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
