I ate wendy’s about 4pm and i started to immediately feel sick, stomach in knots. i threw up completely undigested food at 6ish. I was throwing up and terrible diarrhea until 10 when i decided to go to the hospital and get fluids and nausea medicine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
