At 6:30pm I received my food , the quality of the food was bad they put more red Chile salsa then the actually food it was not enjoyable because of how spicy it was I took a couple bites and it made me run to the restroom and throw up  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I thought it was just me at first but I notice every time after I eat here I have terrible diarrhea and stomach pain. It lasts for a day or two but right after I eat it my insides turn to crap.
