Ate a soft taco supreme, Gordita crunch and Dorito loco taco around 5pm. Tasted a little off, didn’t think anything of it. Stomach cramps around 12am, running to bathroom by 8am, vomiting by 11am with indigestion all day long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Indigestion

I went to staying in motel l ate a big Mac and when we returned to motel l got really stomach cramps then projectal vomiting no control ended up going to emergency room to be treated and iv fluids nausea fluids head would not stop never experienced… See more
