After eating a burger Saturday night we ate there when I got home my stomach was already in knots, Sunday’s when to Walmart had to run to the bathroom, I have been that way since then and now my poo is tar looking like there is blood in it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
