I had chicken teriyaki sandwich and yesterday evening I start throwing up and diarrhea and have been like this all night until this after and am still like this  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went alone i ate 2 sausage mcmuffins got sick 4hours later i had not eaten anything else i started getting stomach pains nausea and diarrhea ate at 7:30am got sick at 11:30 am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
