Chicken sandwich. I ate a chicken sandwich at around 1 PM. At about 7 p.m. I was nauseous started vomiting and I wan vomiting for like 7 days straight, I went to E.R. and spent 3 days in the hospital.

October 22nd 2021, I was the only one that ordered it.I got sick about 2 hours after consumption, at first it felt like I had heart burn ,then I became very nauseated and then I started vomiting, then my stomach started cramping real bad,chills, my lower stomach was killing me !!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
