Got Chili and ate about 2pm was nauseous at 5pm, diarrhea at 6pm and vomiting about the same time. Only thing I ate since 9am and that was toast. Wife got sick too. Kids did not. Wife ate the chili, kids didn't. Great 4th of July locked in the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I did not have anyone available to take me and I was so dizzy from dehydration I could not safely walk downstairs. My daughter came much later and brought me ice chips, which I was able to tolerate in very small quantities over the entire night. Vomiting was accompanied by severe headache and low backache. Had a plain double double (meat, cheese and bun) at 1pm. Its 6pm now and I just threw up 4 times, and went #2 twice. The vomit consisted of the meat and cheese from the burger. have left, I ordered the K-10 big box. I went home, felt fine till around 2 am, a lot of gas followed by diarea at first solid, then like water, no sooner than I had that going on, I felt dizzy, then I threw up, dry heaves at first, then nasty acidic taste and smell...this lasted till 5am on and off, I've been ok, just weak the last 5 hours.
