Ate meal from in n out at about 4:30 on 4-2-19. Got home and about 6 hours after the meal, had fever, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. I didn’t have anything else to eat after In N Out. I love that place, but something went really wrong yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got Chili and ate about 2pm was nauseous at 5pm, diarrhea at 6pm and vomiting about the same time. Only thing I ate since 9am and that was toast. Wife got sick too. Kids did not. Wife ate the chili, kids didn't. Great 4th of July locked in the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband bought Taco Bell late Monday night 5/28/18 sometime between 8:30 - 9:00 pm. I ate two hardshell tacos and drank one ice tea. I began vomiting at 3:30am, I called Kaiser Hospital around 11:30am and was told to go to emergency room in San Jose.… See more

Had a plain double double (meat, cheese and bun) at 1pm. Its 6pm now and I just threw up 4 times, and went #2 twice. The vomit consisted of the meat and cheese from the burger. This is the second time this particular establishment has given me food poisoning. Scared to go back. :-(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
