I ate the broccoli and cheez bowl and started getting pains in my stomach. Went to the ER twice and they said I now have to see a GI specialist, this is the only food that have eaten different. I didn’t know about any issues with them until I started looking it up after my pains started.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

My 90-yo mother and I became extremely ill on 4/27/2023. My mother was in hospital for five days and tested positive for Norovirus. We both had it. We don’t eat any of the same foods and only vomited brown water. I believe our tap water was the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got extremely sick within 30 minutes of eating this cereal. Stomach ache then vomiting. Finally a couple of hours later I feel better. Most colorful vomit I’ve ever seen.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Wasen't sure if it was salad or the chicken fried steak with gravy but I was definitely poisoned by their food stomache ache and nausea followed by abnormal stool. This has been a reoccurring incident almost everytime I eat here stay away!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Iam pregnant lucky charms is my go to late night cravings. I was eating it almost every other day and I would get diarrhea after eating it didn’t think it was lucky charms. My stomach has not getten back to normal i stopped eating it about a weak ago  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I was also sick from eating lucky charms last year. Saw the article about the investigation. I had Horrible Stomach cramps and green stools. Lasted days. I did realize it was linked to the cereal after it happened and haven’t purchased it again.  | Symptoms: Cramps, Green Stool
