I ate the new Taco Bell naked chalupa big box. After a couple of hours, I started to get nauseous and kept going #2 in the bathroom. I started getting chills, and threw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Had chicken mild 4 piece meal at 5:00 pm on 2/7/17.....at 2:00 am 2/8/17 started with nausea and vomiting them by 4:00 am diarrhea. It is now 4:45 pm still have nausea and diarrhea with a terrible headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Immediately after eating Panda Express, my 14 year old daughter and my wife reported stomach ache. After two hours my wife started having unexpected period. Waiting for few more hours before making a decision if medical help is required. These are the only two in the house… See more
