I ate this last night and then woke up at 4:30 with stomach pain. I went back to sleep and then had extreme nausea and stomach pain while walking my dog. I felt sick to my stomach with nausea but didn’t throw up. I wish I did because at least it would be out of my system.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ordered 2 Chalupa combo with hard taco. Beef with soft drink. About 45 mins to 1 hour after consumption began to feel small cramp. Over 2-3 hours cramping got worse. I then had to constantly return to bathroom for BMs. Stool was mid level between solid and liquid.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
