I ate a double double from today around 1:00pm immediately began feeling sick. Diarrhea, stomach pains and nausea. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Every time I eat here I get really sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Picked up three Costco pizzas (2 pepperoni and 1 cheese) for my daughters holiday party. 5 of the kids threw up that night after eating the pizza. I had one slice and have an upset stomach, even the next morning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
