100% sure I got this from the lunch I ate today at Panda Express. I got orange chicken & black pepper chicken with chow mein and I got sick about 3 hours later. I went through the drive thru and ordered a value menu cheeseburger. After I received my burger, I immediately began to eat it. A few hours later I was wondering what gave me such a bad stomach ache.
