Went on Father's day. Thought their water contamination issues we're resolved. Apparently not. Probably headed to hospital soon. Can't keep anything down even water or popsicles. Temp is 101.7.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the steak bowl with lettuce/salsa and beans about five hours later runny stools woke up with nausea ended up throwing up it consisted of a major headache and leg pains .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
