I ate a number 6 combo and a bean burrito and about 12 hours later, I was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I have never felt like that before. Taco bell was the only thing I ate except for some goldfish.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the 4.00 lunch with bacon cheese burger at 10.30 AM my son ate the nuggets. Had a bad cramp in stomach by 3:30, 6:00 the nausea set in tried multiple times to vomit but didn't. BAD stomach cramps during the night. The Explosive diarrhea didn't start… See more

I ate a small chocolate milkshake and a small cheese curds. Symptoms arrived about 12 hours later... Severe stomach cramps, watery diarrhea, and vommiting. All of it lasted about 24 hours. Still suffering from stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
