"Anthony's" brand nutritional yeast flakes, fortified. Lot # AZ01022. 3 times recently, about 10 days apart. My final conclusion is that it was "Anthony's" nutritional yeast flakes, fortified, purchased from here. Extreme vomiting, then chills, then sleep, then was fine.

I ordered for delivery through doordash on April 5th, 2022 around 7:30pm I had pasta, steak and potatoes. Around 35 minutes after i finished eating my stomach was having horrible cramps and I felt nauseous 10 minutes after was having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

I ate from this place around 3pm and by 7 I was throwing up with chills and sweating. I threw up everything all night and couldn’t sleep. I was throwing up water right after drinking it.
