ate general tsos chicken with low mein on the night of july 9th. The morning after i ate it i immediately felt a pain in my stomach. by noon that day i had diarrhea and headaches. I couldn't eat all day. The next day i has no diarrhea however felt sick all day and couldn't eat, and was nasues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain

About four days ago had a sub from there.Few hours later chills, body ache and and abdominal pain which still lingering around and won't go away .I'm going to ER tomorrow.Dont eat there and be careful please  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Body Ache, Stomach Pain

Ate around 10pm and had pizza along with breadsticks and boneless wings. Never had this happen before yet I am currently experiencing stomach pains and heavy bowel movements...as well as feeling a very light sensation of having to vomit. It's a little over an hour since I've eaten.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Grapes I ate the grapes and in 30 minutes I got the chills and 30 more minutes later I vomited up the grapes. I had the same food as my boyfriend except he didn't have any grapes and he didn't get sick. Grapes have not made me sick before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
