My husband ate a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich last week, came home and was violently throwing up for 24 hours non stop, didn’t realize is was the chicken sandwich till he ate the same order today and is having the same exact symptoms, but this time it’s even worse. so scary   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

24 hours later. I normally get a stomach ache when eating to oily/fried foods but this was the worst have every experienced with diarrhea and fast food. McDonalds has never even done this to me. I had a club lulu unwich for lunch. I went home and was making dinner for my partner and I. I wasn’t hungry as I prepared dinner and only had a small amount. Ah hour later I was vomiting up the sandwich from lunch and the small amount of dinner I ate. The vomiting lasted about an hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
