I ate a bacon, gouda, and egg breakfast sandwhich from Starbucks on Monday, March 7th. About an hour later I started getting severe stomrach camps. I had to leave work early - I threw up all night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

I had chicken nuggets and fries from Wendy's. I was feeling just fine before eating there. Within about an hour after eating there I started getting really bad stomach cramps and vomited several times during the next 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
