I drank a chocolate milkshake two hours ago and I’m now violently on the toilet with diarrhea and nausea. My stomach cramps are so severe they have me doubled over. The only worst cramps I’ve ever had and this is labor!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
