May 22nd 2026 Philly cheese steak My son ordered a foot long cheesesteak and ate most of it. My husband and I took small bite from it. We all felt bad but my son had non-stop vomiting for a couple of hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I believe it was the lucky charms, because he was never lactose intolerant before. It happened to My son was experiencing nausea about 2 weeks ago. I took him to the doctors and they said he maybe lactose intolerant, but I believe it was from the lucky… See more

I recently bought the cereal and my son ate it for breakfast for about a week. He vomited 3 times one evening and the next day missed school because of stomach pain and nausea. He did not have a fever. We have stopped eating the cereal since seeing the news reports.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain

I ordered a Chicken Wrap from RoFo located on Telegraph road at around 7pm. I was only able to eat half of it before my stomach felt nauseous. I then went home and got in bed, at 3am I vomited up what I had eaten. It is the day after and I still feel a slight fever. Don't eat here  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
